- JOB DESCRIPTION : -Responsible for all warehousing operations, including warehouse capacity utilization,maintenance of a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse, inventory control and security. -Managing a fleet of 16-20 company vehicles -Controlling and managing transport routing and delivery schedules using company vehicles and rental vehicles. -Controlling maintenance and manpower costs to maximize revenue. -Ensuring the timely delivery of regular reports through various reporting systems. -Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and costing. -Using best practice to find suitable approaches for continuous improvement and taking appropriate measures to implement them. -Improving business processes through ECRS ( 7 Wastes reduction ) and PDCA ( Deming circle ) -Applying SOP and KPIs on processes to control and measure performance. -Supervising subordinates to achieve KPIs and to operate to the company’s standards
