- Manage overall HR & Administration functions :General affairs ,Payroll, Training & Development ,compensation and employee relations Work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resource, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level recruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues Advising managers on all aspects of people management and development. Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
