- Job Responsibilities Responsibilities :- • Plan the road map for the training requirements and able to conduct training as a trainer • Ensure Manpower planning and resourcing in order to have at all time full teams with qualified and capable people • Manage and ensure that the recruitment & selection process is done successfully. • Manage Employee relations in order to drive trust between the company & employees and also improve employee engagement • Provide HR month-end reports • Handle any assignments HR related tasks. Work place : Head Office at Landmark Plaza Working hour : Monday to Friday (8.30am.–6pm.)
