Maintenance Engineer ( TPM & Tooling ) (Automotive-Chonburi)
- We are looking for the professional tooling engineer with the following detail of job scope... - Design jig & fixture and find the way to repair equipments with the minimum cost , getting new tooling suppliers for cost saving. - Set up the system to control the jig & fixture , tooling , spare-parts of machinery which operate under maintenance dept and applicable for modify or repair spare parts , control the warehouse. - Able to handle the maintenance tasks both of mechanical function: Pneumatics-Hydraulic system and electrical functions ( PLC- OMRON ) in the basic level . - Review the specification and performance appraisal for tooling maker . - Analyze the life of tool and make the report and try to use 3R for cost's saving. - Monitoring the performance of subordinate according to the daily / weekly / monthly schedule of maintenance and arrange the safety stock of important spare-parts. - Take care both of day shift or night shift for trouble shooting of machine breakdown , kaizen for safety / productivity function. Note : able to work under the shift basis.
