- Purpose of the Job: To manage by planning, organizing, controlling, within company policy to achieve minimum production downtime, maximum life-span of equipment, best manpower utilization and production of quality products. Job description:-  Ensure that the daily maintenance is carried out in such a way as to ensure minimum downtime and a safe environment for employees to work in.  Supervise and support the implementation of both unplanned and planned electrical maintenance of all tile making and ancillary equipment.  To make improvement to the plant to overcome problems responsible for downtime and quality defects and to participate in the introduction of new equipment.  Carry out process supervision and control via Siemens PLC, Drive, and Invertors etc.  Monitor performance of equipment, report/rectify faults, recommend solutions, and provide maintenance summarized report to managers. (Maintenance Cost, Breakdown, Project progression and spare part control)  Work together with purchasing department to source material, spare-part and equipments. Order at the most economical price and control receipt all maintenance spare.  Take responsibility for the accuracy of daily labor hours, including Contract labors and ensure that the company abides by the Department of Manpower requirements.  Train and motivate the workforce under your control to achieve their best
