- 1.Interact with all Danieli Far East IT staff on a daily basis assisting with troubleshooting and problem solving when able. 2.Provide IT Technicians the assistance required, to perform their jobs. 3.React appropriately in case of power failure that causes system failure or loss of functionality. 3.Ensure all users treat hardware appropriately, in forming the IT Manager when this is not happening. 4.Provide users access to the appropriate Printers/ Plotters available to their department. 5.Assisting IT staff from Italy when required. 6.Provide the IT Manager any assistance required including, but not limited to, software installation, machine installation, and user assistance.

MIS Manager
- Responsible: - Install, implement, monitor, control and maintain companys information technology infrastructure, network, application, equipment and other related systems including modification of system to be practical for local use. - Provide user support and trouble shooting as requested. - Carry out some repair works or contact vendors to repair the units. - Ensure information is backed up completely on daily, weekly and monthly basis and kept in order for references. - Monitor maintenance contracts of all hardware and software within the company. - Monitor and control works performed by contractors to ensure work is carried out correctly and according to agree specifications. - Conduct work periodical meeting with direct subordinates on ad hoc basis to follow up work progress and work related issues in order to ensure that works are performed according to short and long term plans. - Conduct meeting with users in order to collect user requirements and participate in other special project meeting as required. - Implement and monitor annual IT action plan against long term strategic plan including all operational plans, e.g., budget planning in order to ensure that annual IT results are in consistence with corporate objectives and goals. - Implement selected IT improvement programs in order to ensure that planned results are met and within defined timeframe. - Update company technical documents in writing of new working procedures or technical knowledge and propose for approval to Managing Director in order to agree upon new procedures or knowledge and be documented afterward. - Supervise, monitor and control all IT activities performed by direct subordinates including on the job training for new employees to ensure that such activities are performed in a timely manner within budget and complied with companys standard operation and outside related organization Authoritys Regulation. - Organize and conduct training of new software or application, effective and efficient usage of hardware and company standard software training or coordinate with outside trainers as needed. - Summarize IT operation data, perform further business analysis as necessary . - Manage Headcount of 13-17 at any given time - Responsible for planning and maintaining budgets and capital required - Provide support to all concerned groups
