- • Reporting to the Expatriate Maintenance Manager and responsible for all maintenance and machine improvements for the production line as well as supporting facilities maintenance relating to the office and factory. • To stop, analyze and resolve any activities which may endanger employee safety or cause an environmental accident. • Conducting various engineering and maintenance work, modification work, installation work and assisting with commissioning activities. • Analyzing equipment failures, ensuring availability byway of minimizing unplanned down time. • Designing and requesting the fabrication of tools and fixtures, supports and lifting equipment in order to ensure speedy maintenance and minimum down time. • Bench marking of maintenance works. • Analyzing maintenance work performance, costs and budgets.

SERVICE ENGINEER OIL AND GAS MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL UNITS (LIFE CYCLE)
- To provide support for vapor recovery unit commissioning, preventive maintenance and various onsite services. Preparing and providing spare parts quotations and service report documentation. Preparing various documents prior to commissioning including procedures, pre-start up documentation, safety audits, functional tests and associated reports. Supporting customers during commissioning phases to ensure safe start-up and operations. Preparing hand-over documents and certificates to be signed off for and by clients.

- • Conduct Feasibility Study for new expansion projects or production line • Gather project information and prepare Basic Engineering Design • Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance to company’s best practices • Plan and monitor the project execution to ensure successful completion within planned timeline and budget • Monitor, evaluate and work with supplier, contractor to develop detailed task and resource allocation plans and schedules • Ensure that projects quality meet Managements’ objective and expectation • Be a part of on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting team • Prepare and compile project handover and progress reports to Management • Manage Technical team to ensure that project performance comply with their KPI and master objective • Any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when directed by the Management

Mechanical Engineer
- 1. Co-ordinate to Project Administrator for management of Project documentation system. 2. Design / Prepare the documents including with drawings to be submitted for customer approval (Mechanical works). 3. Issue enquiry to supplier for propose the quotation of mechanical equipment. Review / Comments / Negotiate / Compare & Conclude in terms of technical issues, merit & demerit of each supplier (Mechanical works). 4. Co-ordinate to Project Administrator for purchasing process and tracking the manufacturing progress until receive the equipment (Mechanical works). 5. On site for erection works, site test and commissioning. 6. Co-ordinate to Project Administrator for preparation of erection, operation and maintenance instruction. 7. Co-ordinate / Meeting to customer (e.g. DEDE, EGAT), consultant, local supplier, foreign supplier (e.g. China, India, Germany) 8. Co-ordinate to related department in company.
