- สรรหาและว่าจ้าง 1. วางแผนการสรรหา ช่องทางการสรรหา พร้อมดำเนินการ ในตำแหน่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ภายใต้งบประมาณที่บริษัทฯกำหนด 2. ช่วยสรรหาใบสมัครและประสานงานการสัมภาษณ์ ได้ตำแหน่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 3. พิจารณาเงื่อนไขการว่าจ้าง ให้เป็นไปตามโครงสร้างของบริษัทฯ พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อเสนอให้ผู้บริหารอนุมัติก่อน แจ้งผู้สมัคร 4. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดในการว่าจ้าง อาทิ เช่น หนังสือขออัตรากำลัง, อนุมัติรับเข้าทดลองงาน, สัญญาจ้าง เป็นต้น 5.จัดทำรายละเอียดข้อมูลพนักงานเริ่มงาน-พ้นสภาพ เพื่อให้แผนก-ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ พร้อมจัดส่งข้อมูลให้บมจ.(เอ็ม บี เค) 6. จัดทำแผนอัตรากำลังคนของบริษัท เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหารและวางแผนการสรรหาบุคลากร 7.ดึงข้อมูลจากระบบเพื่อจัดทำแบบประเมินผลทดลองงานของพนักงาน และนำเสนอผู้บริหารอนุมัติ พร้อมจัดส่งข้อมูลให้ MBK 8. รายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาและว่าจ้าง เช่น จำนวนพนักงานเริ่มงาน พ้นสภาพ หรือ พ้นทดลองงาน ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา 1. จัดทำ Training Needs Analysis และสรุปข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา 2. จัดทำแผนงานการฝึกอบรมประจำปีและประสานงานการจัดอบรมให้ดำเนินการตามแผนงาน รวมถึงการอบรมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ 3. สรรหาวิทยากรในการอบรมให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรและเหมาะสมกับบุคลการในองค์กร พร้อมอำนวยความสะดวกแก่วิทยากร 4. ประเมินผลและบันทึกผลการฝึกอบรมในหลักสูตร In-house และ Public Training 5. จัดทำรายงานและจัดเก็บเอกสารหลังการอบรม 6. ให้คำแนะนำด้านการฝึกอบรมแก่บุคลากรของบริษัทฯ 7. รายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฝึกอบรม และค่าใช้จ่ายในการฝึกอบรม บริหารค่าตอบแทน 1. จัดทำเงินเดือนให้พนักงานของบริษัทฯ และสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายด้านเงินเดือนส่งบัญชีหลังทำเงินเสร็จเรียบร้อย 2. ดูแลงานกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพของพนักงาน เช่น การสมัครเป็นสมาชิก การลาออกจากการเป็นสมาชิกทำรายงาน 3. ดูแลติดต่อและประสานงานกับธนาคารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำ เงินเดือนของพนักงานแก้ปัญหาและหาแนวทางแก้ไขในการติดต่อระหว่าง พนักงานกับธนาคาร 4. จัดทำการปรับเงินเดือนพนักงานประจำปี และโบนัสประจำปี 5. จัดทำงบประมาณด้านค่าจ้าง, ประกันสังคม, ค่าล่วงเวลา, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพของบริษัทฯ และงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายของฝ่ายบุคคล
