• Male 35 years old up
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or Equivalent
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of CNC machine (medium and big size boring machines, horizontal work centers, horizontal lathe work) tool and instruments.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and basic grammar.
• Should be able to interpret specifications, job orders, drawings and company policies and procedures.
• Have experience about Machining, Lathe,Milling,Facing and Boring in 5 years up
• Have experience to work with international companies.
• Good command in English (Spoken, Written, Reading)

• Supervise and coordinate the
activities of operating
workers, such as foremen,
supervisors, precision
workers, machine setters and
operators (for CNC
lathe/boring/milling
machines).Organize the shifts
and the manpower based on job
load. Monitor the machines
load capacity following the
progress plan assigned by
Planning Department.
• Follow up production
sequences, to meet production
goals, follow up the orders,
and organize work. Confers
with management or
subordinates to resolve worker
problems, complaints, or
grievances. Attend to weekly
meetings with production and
department managers to share
job progress status.
• Recommends or implements
measures to motivate employees
and improve production
methods, equipment
performance, product quality,
or efficiency.
• Requisitions materials,
supplies, equipment parts, or
repair services. Sets up and
adjusts machines and
equipment. Demonstrates
equipment operations or work
procedures to new employees or
assigns employees to
experienced workers for
training.
