| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : |
• Female over 28-33 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering , Business Administration and any relevant fields
• At least 3-5 years experience of supervisory level in Production Planning, MRP (Automotive is advantage).
• Strong management skill with reliable characteristics
• Strong ability to manage teams with good team player and leader’s role
• Preferred knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, JIT, KANBAN System and ISO/TS 16949.
• Good knowledge of ERP System ; AS400 preferred
• Good understanding of MRP fundamentals.
• Good command of English

1. Analyze and review master
production schedule based on
customer release and ensure
that customer requirements are
supported. Production
schedules if possible, are
stable loaded to maintain
effective capacity and
efficiency planning in the
line.
2. Analyze / review customer
release against finished goods
bank and ensure on
• time
delivery..
3. Analyze drastic changes in
the releases, which greatly
affects plant load such as
line shutdowns or adding
manpower/equipment. Initiates
meeting with Operations Dept.,
Materials, Quality, and Plant
Coordinator to draw action
plans..
4. Ensure compliance to
production schedules to
support 100% on
• time
delivery..
5. Ensure compliance and
on
• time delivery of sub
contracted products..
6. Develop and provide monthly
standard hours and Finished
Gods/Raw Materials Inventory
forecasts for plant
budget/load purposes..
7. Coordinates with other
departments regarding finished
goods concerns that affect
delivery (quality issues, raw
material delivery problem,
line capacity problem, carrier
delays). .
8. In all areas of
responsibilities, the
incumbent is responsible in
assuring that appropriate
safeguards are in places which
have direct impact on the
Health and Safety of
associates and the
Environment..
9. Implement inventory control
and physical distribution
management..
10. Scheduling Material
Requirement Plan.
