• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field,
• At least 0 to 3 years of work experience in managing and controlling sales operations; having work experiences in retail/hypermarket business would be advantageous,
• Enthusiastic, willing to work hard and eager to learn new things,
• Customer-focused, service-minded and result-focused,
• Skillful in supervising and coaching team members and quick in decision making and problem solving,
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English,
• Computer Literate.
