We are looking for an Import /
Export specialist who will
also support on accounting.
You will be responsible for
complete purchasing process
for Transportation
• RFQ,
supplier selection, order
placement, timelines, ...
– for our suppliers in
Asia and export to our
customers in Europe /
Australia.
Import / Export
• Import / Export documents
• Follow up with shipper
• 19bis application & Formula
refund
Purchasing
• Searching for new
prospective supplier
• Negotiation and follow up
with all suppliers
• Import / Export / Shipping
• Purchase workflow and
documentation
• Coordinate between Supplier
and Engineering
Accounting
• Booking all Accounts
• weekly & monthly reports
