Objective:
• To ensure the
product/Process Quality of
Customer satisfaction (Product
of Air conditioning System in
Automotive)
• TO analyze the customer
returns (line, warranty,
logistic,
) by using Quality
tools and PDCA standard to
find out the real root cause
• To report the results of the
investigation to the customer
using appropriate support
(8D
• reports,
) on time
• To write the internal
analysis and test reports
• To define and coordinate
immediate correction actions
to secure the customer
production
• To follow up the
implementation of
countermeasures and to check
their efficiency
• To train other departments
according the problem solving
methods (FTA, 5 WHY, PDCA,
etc
)
• To participate to
improvement of other internal
Quality activities (internal
audits, IPC, etc
)
• To participate the quality
activities for the preparation
of the Start of Production of
P1 projects
• To ensure the regular update
of the customer incident in
the QIM data base
