| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : |
• Thai national, Age 26-32 years old with good fashion sense and outgoing personality
• Degree in Fashion Marketing or Merchandising Management or a BA with subjects like merchandise marketing, textile design, textile techniques and garment manufacturing
• Min. 5 years fabric merchandising & sourcing experience
• Familiar with yarns, fabrics, dyeing and finishing processes, strong technical knowledge in fabrics (yarns/ knitted/ woven) manufacturing and garment production are essential
• Good connection and sources for fashion fabric or experience from fabric manufacturing firm or garment factory will be an advantage
• Able to work effectively with designers, merchandising teams and vendors/factories to develop different fabrics according to designers' requirements and fashion needs
• Strong analytical, problem - solving and negotiation skills
• Good human relations, well-mature and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under tight schedule
• Good command of English, Mandarin will be an advantage, Good analytical skills and proficiency in PC applications. Able to travel independently for business

The incumbent will be
responsible for fabric
planning and merchandising.
He/she will ensure that fabric
/ trims / protos / salesman
samples are developed to meet
the companys requirements and
adequate quotations are
negotiated and obtained to
achieve business objectives
•
also follow up on development.
He/she will coordinate with
venders/factories for sample
and material development to
ensure proto that meet design
and technical requirements are
submitted on time for
review/meetings and liaise
with factories to ensure bulk
order production to be
delivered on time and find
alternatives/solutions to
maintain delivery, if problem
arise. He/she will diagnose
production and quality problem
and work with vender or
factory to provide suggestions
to manager for evaluations and
assist manager by collecting
related information for
analysis and planning so
correct action can be taken to
achieve company goals. The
task will cover the review of
quotation, capacity planning
and factory allocation, quota
reservation and movement
whenever required, sourcing
activities
• new and potential
factories, and monitor order
tracking activities to meet
quantity, quality, order
specification and delivery
dates requirements.
