• Bachelor's Degree in social science, law or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in government affairs or business development function in managerial positin with sound knowledge of government's regulations
• Possess strong interpesonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in MS Office Program, ABle to work up country
• Good personality and positive attitude
• Good team player with ability to manage multi-priorities under pressure
• Be able to present facts and recommendation systematically
