• Male/Female, age between 30 to 45 years old.
• Thai
• Culinary degree or Catering and Hotel Management Diploma or in related field with a minimum of 7 years experience in bakery production and management
• Must have a high knowledge of methods, and equipment directly used in preparing bakery on a large scale
• Must have high knowledge of Bakery / Boulangerie preparation, methods, and techniques
• Ability of training team with Standard Recipe
• Proactive and positive attitude to work, and demonstrate flexibility
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English ,computer literacy
• Strong organizational and natural leader.
