• Bachelor Degree in BA or Human Resource with 5 or more years in HR area • Knowledge of variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software • Basic office skills including typing, filing,answering phone and standard office equipment • Good English language verbal and written communication skills. • Good matchematical skills.

• Process all employee
timesheets, leave requests,
social security matter,
provident fund,insurance etc.
• Process payroll.
• Assist employee with
question related to benefit
programs.
• Assist new hire orientation
and assist employees with
benefit enrollment forms and
other required papaerwork.
• Maintain files related to
training and medical
information. Also assist in
organizing training schedules.
• Maintain location personnel
files as well as other
confidential information.
• Maintain hardcopy and
electronic HR documentation.
• Assist in the coordination
of employee functions.
• Assist employees with
questions related to company
policies and procedures.
• Process various reports
relating to Human Resource.
