• Thai nationality, Male, aged 45-50 years old.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Engineering Management.
• Strong management skills, problem-solving. Decision making, high leadership, proactive and good analytical skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills.
• At least 10 15 years experience in Production Environment and 5 years in Management Level.
• Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage.

• Overseeing installation,
maintenance and repairs of all
production machinery.
• Devising maintenance best
practices, contributing to
overall plant uptime and
increased productivity.
• Keeping accurate maintenance
records and ensuring all
necessary supporting
documentation is up to date
and available.
• Coordinating with mechanical
staff in the detection of all
abnormalities,
troubleshooting, and
implementing appropriate
corrective and preventive
measures.
• Conducting detailed analyses
of problems, and providing
management with full
maintenance reports.
• Implementing strategies for
Total Preventive Maintenance.
• Devising methods and
processes to increase overall
machinery capacity.
• Conducting all maintenance
activities in accordance with
company health, safety and
environmental policies and
procedures.
