The candidate will report
directly to the HR Manager and
will be responsible for the
following key functions:
Cordinate & facilitate the
induction training (including
general company rules on
personal behavior (including
smoking policy) & site
security access & limitations
(including proprietary
information & intellectual
property), of newly hired
staff & for outsourced service
labor & contactors used on
site.
To set up and conduct
employee activities and ensure
all employees are satisfied
with the companys regulation
and activities.
Coordinating all employees
activities and events to
maintain excellent
relationships throughout the
company.
Defining the scope of the
training modules, based on the
skills matrixes. Coaching the
writers of the training
modules to ensure modules are
effective, and consistent with
established standards.
To maintain up to date
documented procedures for your
areas of HR/Admin
responsibility. Conduct
regular internal audits of
these procedures to ensure
their ongoing validity &
accuracy.
