• 1. Master-s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
2. Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
3. Good numerical, analytical and advanced communication skills
4. Good command of English speaking and writing.
5. Experience in Investor Relations, banking and financial sector, equity research or corporate finance will be an advantage.
6. Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
7. Result-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated
8. Proficient in operation Microsoft Office programs
9. Good command of both spoken and written English

• Responsible for transparent information disclosure and in compliance with the SET and SEC rules and regulations.
• First point of contact between company and investors and analysts, and act as company spokesperson.
• Develop and deliver all aspects of the annual IR plan as well as develop constructive working relationships internally at all levels.
• Contact and maintain good relations with the investment community including shareholders, fund managers, and analysts.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of the Company
• s information perceived by the investment community.
• Provide market feedback to the management.
