• 1. Male or Female with age not over 38
2. Bachelor or Master in Accounting or related area
3. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in the fields of Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Control or bank operations
4. Good communication skill both writing and interpersonal
5. Background in database management and information system is an asset.
6. Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
7. Result-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated
8. Proficient in operation Microsoft Office programs
9. Good command of both spoken and written English
