• 1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Age around 30 years old.
3. More than 5 years of hands on experience in maintenance and maintenance management.
4. Experiences in maintenance of boiler and auxiliary equipment in Power Generation, Pulp and Paper or Petrochemical Industries will be highly advantage.
5. Ability to make decision and organize work assignment for himself and all employees in his unit is a must.
6. Good interpersonal skill.
7. Good management skill and service mind.
8. The ability to work independently, using considerable initiative, is essential.
9. Computer literate.

(Position 1I for Sumatra, Indonesia: Open to all ASEAN Nationals)
Lead a business unit for outsourcing maintenance at customer plant to success the goals on both Technical and Commercial aspects.
Manage a small team of maintenance crew for routine, preventive and schedule maintenance.
Manage additional company own and/or contract out workforce for schedule and outage maintenance.
Plan, manage and Implement maintenance tasks for responsible area of the plant.
Liaise with customer in planning, managing and implementation of maintenance tasks.
Provide technical guidance to maintenance crew.
Perform hands on maintenance tasks as required.
Maintain high level of maintenance performance, safety, health & environment and company standards within his responsible unit.
