• Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance, strong costing preferred
• At least 2 year experience in cost analysis and inventory accounting, preferably in MNC
• Mature, proactive, trust-worthy, adaptable - work well with all kinds of people
• Optimistic, self-starter, detailed/ meticulous individual, also multi-task
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills with open-mindset toward changes
• Track record of solid communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel and relocate to work as assigned country, Southeast Asia Region
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy especially Advance Excel, PowerPoint and SAP

• Reponsible for cost
accounting for the region
• Develop and update standard
cost and transfer price
• Review non financial
parameters in standard cost
setting
• Perform variance analysis
• Perform inventory accounting
for the region
• Perform monthly inventory
reconciliation
• Perform quarterly inventory
provision analysis
• Ensure that physical
inventory count is performed
at least once a year
• Ensure timely preparation of
management reports
• Support the finance leads on
any required analysis
