Support Engineering and
Operations Department
Responsible for a variety of
correspondence, reprots,
translations and slide
presentations
Organize and maintain filing
system and follow up on
pending matters
Schedule appointments and
coordinate arrangements for
meetings
Responsible for travel
arrangements for Engineering
and Operations team, as well
as visitors from Head Office,
i.e. accommodation,
transportation, travel
documentation, flight
scheduling, procurement of air
tickers and visa applications
Provide all administrative
support and other assignments
as required
