• Able to have good communicate and co-operate with other department

• Review cost data and prepare
product and branch shop
margins report
• Prepare periodic variances
inventory report
• Writing inventory report
before and after recalculation
• Saperate group of inventory
on hand i.e. marketing stock,
consignment stock, asset stock
, goods stock
• Review and verify NRV report
to supprot outer auditor
• Monitor and Accumulate all
credit not from vendor
• Support branch shop staff to
use bill vat program
• Create new vendor or new user
in system
• Create new branch shop in
Axapta 4.0
