• Good education background in Marketing, Business Administration., New Graduation are also welcome
• 0 - 2 years working experience in Product Marketing, Product & Brand Management would be an advantage
• Familiar with a wide range of FMCG and consumer products
• Initiative, proactive, hard-working, fast learning, prompt response and adaptable
• Positive thinking, “can do” attitude, well-organized and result-driven
• Ability to work under high pressure and dynamic environment
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Working date: Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.30 hrs.

• Prepare strategy for
brand building, yearly
marketing budget, promotion,
sales forecasting and monthly
and quarterly sales target in
coordination with related
marketing & sales teams
• Prepare cycle wise
promotional plan as per the
strategy and ensure its
implementation
• Ensure effective new
product launch
• Occasionally provide
training to field staff for
product knowledge, proper
planning and implementation of
decided strategy and knowledge
• Keep continually
knowledge updated with new
developments in the area of
products and service in market
• Conduct market
research, collect data and
analysis and interpret it and
discuss the important
conclusions with concerned
seniors
• Analyze market
feasibility, SWOT for existing
business and new business
proposals
• Participate in monthly/
quarterly conference, to
present your own plan and
product performance
• Coordinate, support
with other departments for
smooth and fast business
operation
