• Bachelor of Electrical Engineer
• At least 1 - 2 year experience as Project Engineer or similar role in Manufacturing Construction Project preferred
• Self-driven and resourceful, with initiative and proactive
• Must be able to take high pressure and work independently
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office and applications for Designing and Project Management such as AutoCAD and MS Project
• Good command of English, ability to work with expatriate contractor/ supplier

• Conduct Feasibility
Study for new expansion
projects or production line
• Gather project
information and prepare Basic
Engineering Design
• Prepare and maintain
all project management
documentation in accordance to
company’s best practices
• Plan and monitor the
project execution to ensure
successful completion within
planned timeline and budget
• Monitor, evaluate and
work with supplier, contractor
to develop detailed task and
resource allocation plans and
schedules
• Ensure that projects
quality meet Managements’
objective and expectation
• Be a part of on
• site
installation, commissioning
and troubleshooting team
• Prepare and compile
project handover and progress
reports to Management
• Manage Technical team
to ensure that project
performance comply with their
KPI and master objective
• Any other duties and
ad
• hoc assignments as and when
directed by the Management
