1. Design, vessel based on
contract specification for
water and wastewater treatment
system, especially following
international standard such as
ASME, API, AWWA, AWS, etc.
2. Perform design validation
during performance test.
3. Respond engineering change
control
4. Review the AutoCAD drawings
from AutoCAD operator.
5. Provide related technical
document to fulfill customer
requirement.
6. Prepare installation,
operation and maintenance
manual of process system.
7. Estimate cost of process
and mechanical work of water
and or wastewater treatment
system based on the contract.
8. Plan and schedule the
procurement and manufacturing
of mechanical equipment.
9. Perform procurement
mechanical engineering
activities such as RFQ & TBE
and vendor's document review.
10. Inspect and coordinate
with related department of the
inspection work for the
selected equipment before
delivery.
