Responsibilities:
Perform the job under
control of Manager to prepare
customer
date package and response to
customer requirements within
desirable timing in order to
get customer satisfaction.
Cooperate with concern
person for activities related
to
continuously improvement
action, claim/complain,
corrective/
preventive action and handle
for customer related jobs.
To be main window person for
communicate and discussion
with customer including
negotiation of concerned
matter.
To support and handle for
customer visit and audit,
including
cooperate with concerned PIC
to perform & follow up the
improvement action.
