summarization and reporting
results
• Responsible for supplier
quality evaluation of quality
performance, improve
supplier’s performance
and audits
• Responsible for
non
• conforming management of
raw material
• Review root cause analysis
and corrective/preventive
action
from supplier and follow up
the effectiveness of CA/PA
result
• Responsible or coordinate for
continual improvement
activities
to enhance the quality system
• Cooperate & maintain QMS
activities as QMS coordinator
• Quality Objective & KPI
Monthly Summarization to QMR
including summarization for
management review meeting
• Manage and cooperative
internal quality audit process
• Control & manage GS
• DCC
process
• Support, coordinate for
certificate & surveillance
audit including
follow up the response of CAR
to certify body
• Report to superior / QMR for
result of job, trouble and
countermeasure
