• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
• At least 7 years experience for Test Managers
• At least 5 years experience for Test Leaders
• At least 2 years experience for Testers, Knowledge of lates software testing and analysis techniques
• Team work, leadership an dinterpersonal skills, Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, middleware and applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of ways to uncover errors and provide diagnostics
• Understand product development test and project management
• Knowledgeable in Banking Industry is an advantage, Good English Communication
