• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other related fields
• At least 4 years direct experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Project Management in one of following roles:
• Experience in Loan Processing, Aging Reports Collection
• Experience in E-Business and/or internet Banking
• Experience in Cash Management, Experience in Accounting and/or Financial Background or
• Experience in Business Process and understand business and system relevant to Call Center/IVR
• Direct experience in IT Business Analysis, gathering user requirements and preparing documents
• Knowledge of banking business process, Knowledge of SELC and Tansformation of users requirement to IT Solutions
• good analytical and problem-solving skills, Good command of English
• Able to work at Ratburana area (Bangkok)
