• Research of new suppliers,
evaluation of the suppliers
• Receiving and control of the
Material/Purchasing
requirement. Preparation of
the inquiries and request of
the proposals to the potential
suppliers. Analysis of the
offers and comparison in terms
prices, quality offer, time of
delivery, general conditions
of supply.
• Discussion and negotiation of
the contracts.
• Issue of the order approved
from the supplier.
Follow and evaluation of the
performances of the suppliers
in terms of prices, delivery,
conformity of the products
with the orders, quality of
the products.
• Management 2
• 3 employees and
report to section manager.
• Documentation/Recording
Information Entering,
transcribing, recording,
storing or maintaining
information in written or
electronic form related to the
orders.
• Process Information
Compiling, coding
categorizing, tabulating,
audition all verifying
information or data.
• Getting information
observing, receiving and
otherwise obtaining
information from all relevant
sources.
