• Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Experience more than 5 years with Quality control/assurance relate to steel frabrication, machining and assembly of machinery
• Able to be a leader and have a positivie collaboration and attitude
• Good computer skills in Ms.office and AutoCad
• Good communication in English
• Knowledge of inpsection code in according to International standards such as ASME,EN,UNI
• Able to set up quality procedures and maintain quality system

• Set up monitor
Inspector/Technicians are
proper support to production
• Given supervision and common
practices to
inspectors/Technicians in
according to Danieli
procedures/instructions
• Work interface with
production by relevant NCR
verification, solution,
corrective and preventive
• Ensure Quality of products,
components and assemblies are
proper control in according to
drawings or specifications
• Ensure Inspectors/Technicians
using relevant information and
individual judgment to
determine whether events or
process comply with laws,
regulations or standards
• Ensure an identification mark
item for acceptance or
rejection, record test result
and inspection data are
complies with Danieli
standards and specifications
• Ensure reporting of products
Non
• conformities are register
into NCR Management system and
follow up till the complete of
rectification
• Ensure Non
• conformance of
product are notifies to
production and keep record of
any works for traceability
• Observing, receiving and
obtaining information relevant
Quality system
• Perform as order of
intermediates superior
