| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : |
• Male Age between 22- 27 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields.
• New graduated are Welcome but at least 2-3 years of experiences in recruitment and welfare; compliance and social security will be advantage.
• Computer literacy in MS Office especially in Power Point, Excel
• English skills in both of oral and written is preferable

1. General Clerical
Make appoint, send out agenda
and arrange the Field HR
Meeting with taking the minute
in every month.
Book meeting room and prepare
LCD, Note Book for meeting
preparation.
Console all Field HR reports,
data, information in each
region for summarizing and
sending to HR Director.
Set up and implement Field HR
data base regarding to Stores,
Manpower VS Actual, Employee
P&L, Staffs Turnover.
Handle all Field HR
administrative tasks
2. Assist in Staffing
Activities.
Prepare Recruitment Action
Plan with contacting schools,
college and non
• formal
education for seeking Crew
Members in the top priorities
of lack of Crew Members.
Help recruit Team Members (as
requested) for existing stores
which lack of Crew Members in
areas of difficulty zone.
Coordinate with Recruitment
Function to prepare and send
out (as requested) recruiting
materials and tools
3. Assist in Training
Activities.
Help prepare Training
Materials ,Room and Tools for
all attendants in Organization
Overview including all
training class of which Field
HR Leader assigned to be
Facilitators.
4. Field HR Projects
Help all admin and
coordination in Field HR
Project.
Coordination in all HR
functions and Field Operation
for providing the best
services to Field Operations.
Perform other tasks as
assigned by Field HR Leader.
