• Male or female
• Bachelor's Degree Engineer major in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Management, Production Technology or related
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in mechanical process engineering
• Experience in Lean & OEE management
• Success evidences in new product Introdution or line transfer or project management
• Self initiator, can work well independently under pressure
• People-oriented and good team player with presentation skill
• Non-smoking and excellent discipline with positive thinking
• Good command of English and IT equipment
• Auto CAD, Solid work and Computer literate Pnumatic skill will be advantage

Responsible for
• Transfer new product or
process from center of
excellence to production site
• Develops, implement, measure
and report factory
productivity performance
(LEAN, KPI, OEE, % Downtime, %
salvage& waste, etc),
demonstantrated Capicity and
indentiflies areas of
improvement to products, line
extension and new packaging
and seve purpose of new
product launch.
• Coordinates, leads and
ensures to achieve
productivity improvement
program Material, Labor and
overhead
• Provides and Industrial
engineering service to all
areas of the company advices
in selection of equipment,
layout for production and
labor manning
• Maintain quality standard
and problem sovling for
process and product and
continuously improve to exceed
customer requirment.
• Conduct essential trainning
and promote learning in scope
of response area.
