As key market driver, serves
the Business Unit of Food,
Betagro Group in planning,
developing and executing all
marketing strategy and
activities of further products
to align with the business
direction as well as ensuring
that products/services match
with the brand positioning and
be able achieving the
proportion of market share.
1. Researching, identifying
and analysing target markets
and all of marketing
activities of existing and/or
new product launch.
2. Developing and implementing
the marketing and pricing
strategy, promotional plan,
and special event for each
product category.
3. Monitoring the competition,
market trends including the
business movement throughout
the food industry upon new
potentials/opportunities.
4. Analysing previous
marketing activity along with
resulting sales.
5. Developing performance
indicator to measure the
marketing capability.
6. Managing/Monitoring
marketing budgets.
7. Maintaining/Leveraging
customer relationships.
8. Leading and developing a
team.
9. Liaison with New Product
Development team when as
potential plans initiated for
product development.
10. Liaison with other
internal functions to ensure
that all communications
regarding the product and/or
brand are created consistently
and continuously to ensure
that the marketing strategy is
implemented effectively, on
time and to budget.
