• Bachelors in International Business, Logistics and Marketing or in any field.
• One to three years related experience.
• Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
• Good at Languages and Computer Skills
• Able to work on Sat (8.30-12.30 a.m.)

Work with clients to
establish detailed profiles
and procedures that properly
represent their export
process.
Trace and track customer
freight, prepare rates,
provide quotes, take pick
• up
requests, route and book
freight as needed.
Ensure that all necessary
documents are returned to
customer in timely manner.
Ensure that all pre
• alert
and necessary documents are
send to the destination are
accurate and in time.
Response to all customer
inquiries & from CEVA network
within 24 hours.
All communication with
customer must be done in
proper manner.
Notify customers of any
delays in shipping and
dispatching points.
Maintain contact with
airlines, trucking companies
and agents handling freight.
Proactively inform shippers
and consignee(s) of problems.
Provide proof of delivery.
Accurate data entry in
system.
Run, maintain, and file
reports.
Strictly follow airfreight
customer service work
procedures.
Perform other duties as
assigned.
