Responsible
1.Inspect and make

safety and environment.
2.Analyze the job to
identified the risk including
measure set up to prevent or
safety operation method to
submit the employer.
3.Risk assessment the
occupational health and
safety.
4.Analyze the plan, project
including recommendation of
other section and make
recommendation the measures
relating to occupational
health safety and environment
to submit the employer.
5.Inspect and evaluate the
performance of the place
undertaking to comply with
plan, projects or measures
relating to occupational
health safety and environment
to submit the employer.
6.Workplace monitoring
7.Make recommendation to
employer to has the performing
of occupational health safety
and environment proper with
the company and development
effectiveness with
continuously.
8.Investigate the cause and
analyze injury, illness or
disturbances arising out of
employment of the employee and
report about the result
including the recommendation
to the employer for precaution
without delay.
9.Compile, analyze data,
statistics, prepare report and
recommendation relating to
injury, illness or disturbance
arising out of employment of
the employee.
