• Male / Female , 28-32 y , smart characters / smart manner.
• Degree in HR / Political / Lawyer or relevant functions from accredit university.
• Experience in working with Japanese manufacturing at least 5 years in relevant functions.
• Understand for the requirement of quality system TS16949 / ISO18000 / ISO14000.
• Good at English , for Japanese is a plus. ( High TOEIC gets the extra )
• Applicable for using the computerize data for long term of data storing.
• Work hard with high responsibilities and smart for alternative SAT.

Job Scopes
• Being the team supporting to
HR Dept Mgr both of HRM & HRD
functions for build up the
long term competitive
advantange of company .
• Applicable for both of HRM &
HRD with the experiences of ER
/ Welfare committee.
• Set up the budget and other
relavant activities for
longterm of improvement by
using the appropriate tools of
HRD.
• Able to handle / using the
regulations of company with
the appropriate tools .
• Being the window for the
social functions with
government , local & EXPAT
employee.
