• Male 23 - 27 years old
• Diploma to Bachelor degree in Computer
• A general knowledge of current IT hardware and software.
• Familiarity with the operation of a Microsoft Windows system.
• Ability to analyze Users needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Able to install software provided by Danieli.
• Able to assess user problems when required.
• Good written and verbal language skills.

รายละเอียดของงาน:
|
1.Interact with all Danieli
Far East IT staff on a daily
basis assisting with
troubleshooting and problem
solving when able.
2.Provide IT Technicians the
assistance required, to
perform their jobs.
3.React appropriately in case
of power failure that causes
system failure or loss of
functionality.
3.Ensure all users treat
hardware appropriately, in
forming the IT Manager when
this is not happening.
4.Provide users access to the
appropriate Printers/ Plotters
available to their department.
5.Assisting IT staff from
Italy when required.
6.Provide the IT Manager any
assistance required including,
but not limited to, software
installation, machine
installation, and user
assistance.
