• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, or related field
• Age over 45 with initiative and proactive behavior
• Experienced in HR overall function (HRM & HRD) more than 15 years
• Experienced in Strategic Partnership with line managers is a must
• Experience of work in Construction or Property Development is a plus
• Proactive, Fast-paste working ability, results oriented, good attitude and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Computer proficient (MS Office is a must)
