To present to clients
comprehensive property
management services ranging
from: marketing; selling;
operation; maintenance; lease
management; tenant relations
management.
To present to clients
alternative solutions to
property redevelopment and
investment.
To maintain clients
satisfaction and provide
prompt response that meets
clients expectations.
To maintain good public
relations with clients.
To ensure the operation
systems and programmes are
implemented and followed by
staff at managed properties
To recommend initial
guidelines for property audit
in all aspects for new
clients.
To review audit report on
health, safety and environment
in buildings.
To review and advise cost
effective operating
expenditure budget and capital
expenditure budget for clients
properties.
To review and advise on
bidding proposal of Property
Management for new
instructions.
