• Good communication and management skills

Set up the shop system work
process
Set up the goal/objectives and
action plan
Set up the goal/objectives and
action plan
Manage all shop display,
merchandising and direct sales
Daily control for stock
inventory and make the report
including place the order for
wines
Supervise and train assistant
shop manager for daily shop
operation
Take care customers and make
wine recommendation to
customers
Prepare the daily, monthly and
yearly sales report and submit
to Retail Shop Manager
Control the shop expenses
Responsible for daily cash
deposit into the bank
