Our customer who is the
international company for
safety & functional parts of
automotive .Now , we are
looking for the professional
guy who familiar with working
system of major customer :
MMTH & SNA with the following
details...
• Being the window to support
/ communicate with customer in
quality issues and act as the
professional in problem
solving.
• Try to reduce the claim
records by fast track of
service/modify or replacement.
• Apply the quality tools to
evaluate / prepare the report
: 8D / Why • Why , QC7tools
and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate / participate in
team for new model development
with relevant dept.
Note : We need the guy who
understand the system and able
to work with customer as
family service.
