• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in HR functions especially in HRM and HRD
• Good knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and welfare regulations
• Good negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer proficiency such as in using Microsoft Offie, Outlook the Internet etc.
