• Male or Female , Thai Nationality
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Labour Relations or Human Resources Management
• At least 6 years of experience in HRD & HRM as management level
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) and other software
• Excellent of both spoken and written English
• Excellent of presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
• Being an initiative and self-motivated individual possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong leadership capability with ability to be creative, lead change and drive results
• Strong understanding of employment law

Manage overall HR &
Administration functions
:General affairs ,Payroll,
Training & Development
,compensation and employee
relations
Work closely with management
in the implementation of
corporate policies related to
human resource,
organizational, and employee
development at the business
unit or division level
recruitment & retention
•
managing talent and succession
planning; taking overall
responsibility for recruitment
activity and campaigns
Ensure all company policies
and procedures are up to date
in line with current
employment law. Ensure line
managers are up to date with
changes to any policies.
Working with managers,
coaching them and advising on
all people issues
Advising managers on all
aspects of people management
and development.
Deal with complex
disciplinary/grievance and HR
issues, using HR and company
knowledge evidencing
appropriate decision making
skills
