Key Role and Responsibility:
•
1)Control and follow up new
part development to be
consistency with New Model
Master Schedule.
2) Corporate and communication
with customer for delivery new
parts/model in each trial
event.
3) Coordinated with concern
internal department for follow
up new model schedule activity
from each department and
report progress to management.
4) Key persons for supplier
new part development and
preparation such as :
• Release drawing and design
note to suppliers
• Issue New Part Preparation
letter to suppliers
• Request and follow up
supplier new model schedule
and strictly control suppliers
new model schedule to be
consistency with company
master schedule.
• Issue P/O to suppliers for
new part trial and follow up.
• Approve suppliers packaging
standard.
5) Working closely with
Quality, Production
,Engineering and Warehouse
department to design and make
delivery packaging to keep
good quality / consistency of
packaging material to
customer.
