• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or any field
• At least 2 years experience of human resources functions; payroll process, time attendance,
• Strong personality with creative, initiative, good human & negotiation skills, positive thinking, self-motivated
• Good Communication skill, Service minded, Team player and able to work independently.
• Strong follow-up skill and well organization is a plus.
• Good communicate in English
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO TS/16949 will be an advantage
