seeking to hire a Thai
attorney to provide continuing
legal services to our
company’s growing list
of clients. We are seeking a
Thai attorney under 35 years
of age, with reasonably strong
English • language skills.
Areas of work will include:
Filing company incorporation
applications, and applications
for company registration
changes.
Reviewing client property
leases and contracts, and
assisting clients with
obtaining building owner
documentation required for tax
registration processing
Assisting clients with
commercial disputes and
claims.
Interfacing with Thai
Government Ministries to
determine legal requirements
for license applications
– and then preparing and
processing applications for
such licenses.
Preparing and processing
applications for dissolution
of companies, and functioning
as company liquidator, for
simple liquidations.
Advising client companies with
respect to compliance with
Thai labor laws.
